parking is not the highest and best use for central Rosemary St., esp the gravel lots. We could use some midrise mixed use, as well as walkable connections between Rosemary and Franklin. In addition, We could use some more green space there and along Franklin… like parklets along walkable connections. We should also consider getting a walk audit done. Can we hire Dan Burden to evaluate our situation and propose options?
