Orange County will hold two open houses for the public to learn more about the county’s proposed transit plan. The first open house is on Monday and will be held in Chapel Hill at Extraordinary Ventures, 200 S. Elliot Road, from 4 to 7 p.m. The second open house will be held on April 30 in Hillsborough at the Orange County West Campus Office Building,
